Not only can you help us keep this site updated, you can also have the updates delivered to you the way you would like. Using the Newsfeeds (also called RSS) and the e-mail feature on the site. You can also keep up to date with the calender using iCal.

E-mail

If you Register you can choose to set up "My Notify Settings" for a regular e-mail that sends you all the new content on the site.

Newsfeeds / RSS

Every page and topic on this site has it's own 'RSS feed'. These 'newsfeeds' are made to be read by a computer. They can be read using programmes (including some web browsers and e-mail programs) so you can keep up to date with the latest news you are interested in. They can also be used to add the news to your website.

There is an RSS Newsreader ​​​​​in Thunderbird Mail for all platforms of computer, help adding news feeds. There are also individual programmes like: Linux (KDE): aKregator | Linux (GNOME): Straw | Mac OS X: NetNewsWire Lite | Windows: SharpReader. There is a long list with Applications in the Open Directory.

iCal

iCal is a way of adding entries to your electronic diary. Most calenders accept iCal feeds. For example Sunbird and Lightening for Thunderbird.
